Delivery and Payment

SHOP

We roast 5 days a week and pack all online store orders with nitrogen, so you can be sure you’ll receive freshly roasted specialty coffee!

GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE ONLINE STORE:

  • Online store manager working hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.

  • We ship all orders only via Nova Poshta (to a branch, parcel locker, or by Nova Poshta courier delivery). Pickup is not available.

  • Orders placed before 14:00 are shipped the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

  • Free delivery across Ukraine via Nova Poshta to a branch or parcel locker for any order that includes at least two bags of coffee, provided the order is paid online on the website.

  • Shipping for accessories, drip coffee, and cascara—if there is no two bags of coffee in the order—is paid by the recipient according to Nova Poshta rates.

  • 10% off your first coffee order with online payment on the website. Drip coffee, accessories, and cascara are not included in the promotion.

  • If you pay by cash on delivery (upon receipt at Nova Poshta), the 10% discount on your first coffee order does not apply.

NOVA POSHTA DELIVERY TO A BRANCH OR PARCEL LOCKER

  • Nova Poshta delivery to a branch or parcel locker is free if the order includes at least two bags of coffee and is paid online on the website.

  • Nova Poshta shipping to a branch or parcel locker for accessories, drip coffee, and cascara—if there is no two bags of coffee in the order—is paid by the recipient according to Nova Poshta rates.

  • Delivery to a branch/parcel locker takes 1–2 days on average from the date of shipment and depends on the carrier.

  • In the case of paid delivery, the cost will be from UAH 60 to a branch in Kyiv, from UAH 70 across Ukraine, and from UAH 70 to a parcel locker.

NOVA POSHTA COURIER DELIVERY TO YOUR ADDRESS

  • Delivery to the address you specify in any city in Ukraine by a Nova Poshta courier. Enter your address when placing the order on the website.

  • Nova Poshta courier delivery is paid by the recipient, even if the order includes two bags of coffee.

  • Courier delivery across Ukraine takes 1–3 days on average from the date of shipment and depends on the carrier.

  • The cost of courier delivery is from UAH 110 in Kyiv and from UAH 120 across Ukraine.

PAYMENT METHODS:

  • ONLINE PAYMENT

    Secure online card payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.

  • PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT (CASH ON DELIVERY AT NOVA POSHTA)

    The delivery cost is paid by the recipient, even if the order includes two bags of coffee.
    Nova Poshta charges a money transfer fee of UAH 20 + 2% of the payment amount.
    The 10% discount on your first coffee order does not apply.
    Cash on delivery is available for all product categories on the website, except ground coffee.
    The loyalty program works regardless of the payment method.

FOR CAFÉS, RESTAURANTS & OFFICES

KYIV

  • Courier delivery in Kyiv is handled by our driver the day after the order is placed.

  • The delivery department is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Delivery across Ukraine is handled by Nova Poshta. Orders placed and paid by 14:00 are shipped the same day.

  • Courier delivery in Odesa is handled by our driver the day after the order is placed.
