Granja Paraíso 92 is his family farm. It is widely known for an innovative processing approach called Thermal Shock. The climate around the farm is cool, with an optimal amount of sunlight for exceptional coffee. This makes it possible to grow exotic, demanding varieties such as Pink Bourbon, Gesha, Sidra, and more.

Together with other well-known Colombian professionals — Edinson Argote, Wilder Lazo, and others — Wilton is a pioneer of unique processing methods. The revolutionary Thermal Shock with added yeast is something truly distinctive in the coffee industry. Coffees from their farms have won national barista championships many times in different countries, and Ukraine is no exception.

At the farm, you’ll find carefully designed drip irrigation and shade management around the trees. Wilton’s laboratories are equipped with bioreactors for fermentation experiments. This innovative approach has made his coffees instantly recognizable worldwide. And this decaf is a true gem of the coffee world — something we haven’t seen before.
