Granja Paraíso 92 is a family farm known for its innovative approach to coffee growing and processing. Located in the Cauca region, in the municipality of Piendamó, almost on the equator, the farm has a cool climate and an optimal amount of sunlight, creating ideal conditions for coffee trees to produce an exceptional product.
Together with other renowned Colombian professionals — Edinson Argote, Wilder Lazo, and others — Wilton is a pioneer of unique processing methods. The revolutionary Thermal Shock with added yeast is truly one of a kind in the coffee industry. Many professionals have become coffee champions using coffees like this.
Wilton builds special drying terraces, and the trees are supported with drip irrigation and shade management.
